A--We provide toll free dial-up internet and toll free fax-to-email services.

Q--How much does the service cost?

A--Our service available to you for only $5.95 (USD) per month.

Q--What is included in the plan?

A--The monthly plan includes 100 minutes of toll free dial-up internet access and 10 toll free fax-to-email transmissions.

Q--What if the allotted monthly minutes/usage is exceeded?

A-- If the allotted monthly usage is exceeded, you may continue to use the service, but you will be billed an additional five ($0.05) cents a minute for dial-up internet access, or twenty-five ($0.25) cents per fax-to-email transmission.

Q--How will I be billed for this service?

A--For your convenience we have included Value Link Plus bill with the bill from your local phone provider.  There will be a seperate Value Link Plus page of your bill, but instead of having two bills to pay, you will receive only one!

Q--What are the ways that I can sign up for this service?

A--There are several ways to start your service with Value Link Plus. The fastest way is to ENROLL right here on our website or to call us toll-free 1-888-857-7001. If you wish, you may also send your request via fax or regular mail to the address found on the Contact Us page.

Q--How much will I save by signing up for your service?

A--Your savings could be huge. Separately, each service could easily cost you as much as $25.00 per month. However, the real value is in our guarantee that you will never have to worry about being “cut off” from the world again.

Q--Are there any set-up fees or activation fees?

A--There are NO set-up or activation fees any kind. You only need to pay the recurring monthly fee of $5.95 plus any usage charges.

Q--How do I cancel my service?

A--Should you decide to discontinue your Value Link Plus Service, you may do so by clicking here which will take you to the online cancellation form. You may also call us at 1-888-857-7732, or send your request by email, fax or regular mail to the address found on the Contact Us page.

Q--How do I troubleshoot my toll free dial up internet connection?

A--If you are having problems using the dial up internet connection, please contact VLP Technical Support using one of the methods listed on the Contact Us page.

Q--Can I use the VLP TOLL FREE DIAL-UP INTERNET ACCESS anywhere in the U.S.?

A--Yes, you can use the service anywhere in the contiguous United States. (HI and AK excluded.)

Q--Is it difficult to use the VLP TOLL FREE DIAL-UP INTERNET ACCESS?

A--It’s very simple to use our service. It works just like any other dial up internet access. You don’t need any special software or hardware.

Q--How does VLP TOLL FREE FAX-TO-EMAIL work?

A--When your fax comes into our system it will be automatically forwarded to the email address listed on the cover page.

Q--I don’t have email, how would the VLP TOLL FREE FAX-TO-EMAIL service benefit me?

A--Even if you do not have email, you can still take advantage of our service. As a matter of fact, many of our customers signed up for this service because they don’t have email. This service allows you to email anyone using your regular fax machine! It is as simple as faxing your letter to Value Link Plus and we’ll take care of the rest. Please be sure to always include your account number and the destination email address on the cover page.

Q--Do you read copy or save my faxes?

A--We do NOT read copy or save any faxes. Faxes are automatically forwarded to your e-mail using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. They are deleted from our system 24 hours after being forwarded.

Q--How do I use the VLP TOLL FREE FAX-TO-EMAIL service?

A--Whenever you are ready to receive a fax right in your email, simply give the toll free fax number to the sending party. Be sure to have them include a cover page with the word VLP FAX-TO-EMAIL followed by your VLP account number and the email address you want the fax to be forwarded to. It is important to always include this information on the cover page otherwise you will not receive your fax.

A-- Unfortunately we do not currently offer dedicated FAX-TO-EMAIL numbers, however we plan to do so very soon.
